Returns are easy at albasco.com. You can return or exchange your purchase by mail. Plus, you have 30 days to decide!
Returning an item
Fill out the return form, indicating item(s) being returned and the reason(s) for the return. Please make sure you send your original invoice with the return package.
Securely pack the merchandise and ship to albasco.com via Pishtaz Post or DHL. Remember to insure your package. Please be aware that the return shipping and handling fee may be deducted from the amount of your purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time via Pishtaz Post or DHL. Plus an additional 7 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.
Exchanging an item
Fill out the return form indicating item(s) being returned and the reason(s) for the return. Then fill out the exchange form indicating the items you'd like in exchange.

We'll process your exchange within 7 business days of receipt, and you will not be charged shipping on the exchange. If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment.
